Free shipping
Every order ships free to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days to pack and dispatch your order.
- Delivery: usually 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
Your sleeves ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so in some cases a multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating.
Customs and duties
Orders to Australia, the US, the UK and Canada are low-value parcels and in most cases arrive without extra charges. If your local customs office charges any import fees, those are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us through our contact page and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can update it before your order ships, but not after.
