How do I choose my size?

Do I choose a left or right knee sleeve?
Yes. Select Left or Right for the knee you want to support. Each item is one sleeve. If you want one for each knee, choose one Left and one Right separately.
Can I adjust how firm the sleeve feels?
The twist dial adjusts the lacing so you can fine-tune the fit. It should feel comfortably snug. Loosen or remove it if you feel discomfort, tingling or numbness, and follow the supplied instructions.
What is the sleeve made to do?
It combines knitted compression, an adjustable dial, a padded kneecap ring, side stabilisers and silicone grips. It is a support garment, not a treatment for an injury or medical condition.
Can I use it for work, walking or the gym?
